At Network & Automation Systems Inc. we do whole house and business structured wiring system for communications, entertainment, security and control that works with the systems already in the home or business. We also anticipate technological advances and lay the groundwork for future home technology and smart home enhancements. Today’s home and business wiring includes more than the standard suite of electrical connections. Dedicated wiring for control, data, telephone, audio, HVAC and video are fast becoming standard options.

The backbone of any system is the wiring which can be quite extensive for large installations. We see too many new homes and businesses going up today with only a very basic structured wiring package, that doesn’t allow for many if any of the new technologies available today.

We believe the major reason for this is because property owners and contractors may not be aware of the possibilities and the importance of having the proper wiring infrastructure in place and done up front, to allow for a broad range of systems installed in the future. We often hear the comment “If I only knew that we could do this when we were building or renovating, I would have done my wiring differently” when we walk into a fully completed home or business, where the customer wants to upgrade their system or add something to their existing system.
